You
have your choice of monthly, quarterly or annual billing. By default
your hosting fees will automatically be deducted from your credit card
each billing cycle. If you do not want your credit card automatically
charged each billing cycle, you can choose to be invoiced each billing
period instead. There is a $2.00 surcharge per billing period if you do
choose to be invoiced.
